I called Terryville Chevrolet and spoke to Miguel Murica over the phone and told him I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and he sent me a text on vehicles for purchasing. About a couple weeks later I came in to purchase a vehicle and a trade in on my car. I was greeted by Mitch Lawrence a Sales Consultant and Miguel and Mitch Lawrence handle my sales purchase with efficient care everything went smoothly. And then I was greeted by Ariel Pagan the Finance Manager at Terryville Chevrolet to do financial assistance the process went smoothly and helped me get credit to fiance my new vehicle which is very multitasking and stressful but it went well Ariel gave my best options to fiance my car he sealed the deal.On my 2025 Chevy Trailblazer. I go there for my oil changes. I am able to take advantage of my GM rewards points when doing so. I do note that they always find things that need attention or repair and that the costs of these repairs are often double what people I know have paid for the service elsewhere.

Chris Buckley was the most helpful and responsive salesperson that we have ever experienced. From start to finish, Chris's texts and emails were very helpful, timely, and made the entire purchase process very easy and pleasant! "Thank you, Chris." Everyone in the Terryville Chevrolet dealership was very friendly when we entered the showroom from the young man who held the door open for us and welcoming us to the dealership to inside people who smiled at us and greeted us verbally. We felt very comfortable and "at home" which felt like the kind of service we experienced 50+ years ago in the smaller dealerships. Brendan was terrific as my advisor! I like Terryville Chevy, and I use them for both my cars!

I was charged $400 for the technician to drop the transmission plan, check for chips, and re-install. No parts were used. It only took one hour. So, $400 per hour for labor ONLY. Disgusting Just to tell me I need $7000 for a new transmission

The Service Employees where friendly as soon as I entered the department I explained why I was there and they took my name and than seen I had called them and made an appointment so then they took my keys And then I went to the waiting area until my truck was ready Great people very nice people

i called Chris Keefe about a used equinox.Went there tried out the car excellent, But did not have leather seats. Saw a 2025 new equinox with everything i wanted, worked out deal & walked away with a new car. This was the second time i dealed with Chris. I would like to that anybody going to terryville chev. Professional service, well done

We had a good experience, especially after the experience we had with another Chevy dealer. Brendan did a good job as our advisor and they informed us along the way.

Everyone was very kind the oil change did take about an hour which is a little to long.

The salesperson Chris was very nice, professional and not pushy. Showed me what I can afford in my budget which was my only goal, to stay on budget.

More issues today. Either update is defective or I got a lemon. ☹

Not happy at all the truck was sold to me with a bad battery the second day I had the truck the engine light came on brought it to your service department they maid me pay for a new battery they said they check everything i paid for them to put it to emissions and it failed they gave me the truck back like that on my home 5 minutes later the engine light came back on I took it to another shop they discovered the oil level was low also had to change all camshaft position actuators solenoid and your shop had the truck for two days end told me everything was fine I never buy another vehicle from this dealership again and I will make sure any one i know never shops there and im still dealing with issues with this truck

Easy and straightforward

I have been a customer of Terryville chevy for many years, a repeat customer (5 vehicles) and they have always treated me well. I recently purchased a 2026 Silverado Z71 LTZ from Terryville, my dream truck and I had the pleasure of working with Harry Ranney. Harry was fantastic to work with; he was very thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable. He was always respectful and never tried to rush the process, he made sure that I was comfortable throughout the buying experience. Harry spent an incredible amount of time with me, I should share that I am an OLD GUY. Thanks to Harry I have this beautiful truck parked in my garage that I go out and admire several times a day. Good check in and relaxing waiting room. Service and inspections were just fine. Disappointment with inability to find the cause of a leak in one tire. The tire continues to lose air pressure and needs to be filled every two days!

I purchased a new cargo van. Price that was negotiated was fair Isn’t fair is that the second? I picked it up and finally got it on the highway. The vehicle is pulling hard to the left. The entire ride home about 200 miles I was fighting with the steering wheel Check the tire pressures and they were fine Call the dealership right away and I had to hear the whole song and dance about no one is there to approve whatever needs to be done I don’t want to drive 200 miles to go get an alignment or get it checked out I wanna go to my local dealership around the block to figure out what’s wrong with my truck I ended up doing that only to find out from the service rep that the PDI was done on this vehicle eight months ago and I lost eight months of warranty on a brand new truck. I picked up last week with 27 miles on it. This is ridiculous How could this even be possible? And you guys want me to call you back to buy the $3600 extended warranty? This is madness

The service people are friendly and helpful. I had to take my Tahoe in for the 6.2 engine evaluation and oil upgrade change.

well, 1st off they have a comfortable waiting room that offer refreshments & erveryone is pleasant and nice , freindly & have your best interest in mind & they treat you right spelling wrong on everyone & lets the customer know what needs to be done on the vehicle before work this is my 3rd vehicle I bougtht at Terryville chevy and always got good service were lucky to have Terryville Chevrolet in the area Thank you Judie O.

After a long road trip, I stopped by to schedule an oil change on the Tahoe 6.2 for the obvious reasons. They got me in que in an hour, which worked for me.

Wouldn't price match tires from competitor as their website stated - tried to say that they were cheaper...even though it was a difference of about $30. Also, worth noting when I went to pick up the vehicle, the amount was higher than Terryville Chevy left on a voicemail for no reason. They did adjust that; however, I didn't appreciate the games they played with pricing...

My first time at the dealership, I was not greeted when I came in, the customer service person was dealing with a difficult customer, and nobody else was around. I stood there feeling like I was intruding. Eventually, a customer service advisor helped me, he was very nice And a pleasure to deal with. Waiting area was clean and comfortable oil change was done quickly and a review of other needed items was sent to me by email and text overall a good experience and I plan to have my Corvette serviced at your location in the future.
