I recently purchased a 2026 Silverado Z71 LTZ from Terryville, my dream truck and I had the pleasure of working with Harry Ranney. Harry was fantastic to work with; he was very thoughtful, patient and knowledgeable. He was always respectful and never tried to rush the process, he made sure that I was comfortable throughout the buying experience. Harry spent an incredible amount of time with me, I should share that I am an OLD GUY. Thanks to Harry I have this beautiful truck parked in my garage that I go out and admire several times a day. I purchased a new cargo van. Price that was negotiated was fair Isn’t fair is that the second? I picked it up and finally got it on the highway. The vehicle is pulling hard to the left. The entire ride home about 200 miles I was fighting with the steering wheel Check the tire pressures and they were fine Call the dealership right away and I had to hear the whole song and dance about no one is there to approve whatever needs to be done I don’t want to drive 200 miles to go get an alignment or get it checked out I wanna go to my local dealership around the block to figure out what’s wrong with my truck I ended up doing that only to find out from the service rep that the PDI was done on this vehicle eight months ago and I lost eight months of warranty on a brand new truck. I picked up last week with 27 miles on it. This is ridiculous How could this even be possible? And you guys want me to call you back to buy the $3600 extended warranty? This is madness

Not happy at all the truck was sold to me with a bad battery the second day I had the truck the engine light came on brought it to your service department they maid me pay for a new battery they said they check everything i paid for them to put it to emissions and it failed they gave me the truck back like that on my home 5 minutes later the engine light came back on I took it to another shop they discovered the oil level was low also had to change all camshaft position actuators solenoid and your shop had the truck for two days end told me everything was fine I never buy another vehicle from this dealership again and I will make sure any one i know never shops there and im still dealing with issues with this truck

Tires were changed. Dirty finger prints on rims. I should of washed the wheels before I showed up. Rubbing wheels will scratch surface and just don't want to have the wheels look crappy. Most people don't realize that rubbing or wiping dirt will scratch a surface.

My experience with the service department was absolutely phenomenal! I was professionally greeted in a happy manner that answered all my questions I had about my Camaro. I am very hesitant to who I go to to perform any services on my car due that it's modified and also lowered. The guy I talked to reassured me that my car would be taken care of and he was definitely correct. I also had my daughter with me and I was pleased with the waiting room which also had a little table with crayons and coloring books for my girl to play with while we waited. I most likely will be coming back here to perform any other services that I may need in the future!

Went 2 weeks ago for an oil change and tire rotation. Voiced concern that there was a problem with a tire but couldn’t see anything obvious at the moment so when I went in for my oil change I asked them to check out the tire come to find out they did not check the tire just threw air in it an rotated it. Fast forward 2 week later my tire is significantly lower then the rest and I go back in and they check the tire. Mind you I am the first one in the service department on a Saturday morning, they take 45 minutes to tell me there is a screw in my tire and tell me it isn’t able to be patched I need a new tire. They wanted to try and tell me that we got you in on a Saturday when we are light staffed but there was nobody else there. The main thing is this should have been brought to my attention 2 weeks ago when I was here and coved this concern. Like I really want to be spending my Monday morning at the dealership at the wee hours of the day. Not happy with the service department at all. Oh yeah and in those 2 weeks on the 2 vehicle inspections between the 2 visits my brakes magically got better and grew some life on them!

The first part of the experience (initial sale and finance discussions) were great I would give 5 stars. The delivery was a different story. With the understanding that I did have an add on to the truck, I wish there was more communication that the delivery would be delayed (kept hearing another 20 minutes). I could have come back later to finalize the deal. After 2 hours the truck was ready, and then before I could leave, to be up-sold on Onstar services, left a poor taste in my mouth.

My first time at the dealership, I was not greeted when I came in, the customer service person was dealing with a difficult customer, and nobody else was around. I stood there feeling like I was intruding. Eventually, a customer service advisor helped me, he was very nice And a pleasure to deal with. Waiting area was clean and comfortable oil change was done quickly and a review of other needed items was sent to me by email and text overall a good experience and I plan to have my Corvette serviced at your location in the future.

Don, the service advisor, left me a Voicemail hat the car needs a telematics control module and that it's currently on a nationwide backorder. I didn't call him back because I received a text message on Monday from "Don" so I replied to the text message instead and no response. I sent another text message to see if there's an updated ETA and no response. So, I ask why are you all sending text messages if nobody is responding to them? I then finally received a text 5 days later on Monday 3/16 and was told there is no updated ETA. Yesterday, Wednesday 3/18 John Bara emailed me to let me know that the part came in on Monday and the car would be ready to pick up. Why didn't the service advisor text me back again on Monday to let me know the part came in is beyond my scope of thinking??? The communication of this dealer to its customers is absolutely terrible.
