I called Terryville Chevrolet and spoke to Miguel Murica over the phone and told him I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and he sent me a text on vehicles for purchasing. About a couple weeks later I came in to purchase a vehicle and a trade in on my car. I was greeted by Mitch Lawrence a Sales Consultant and Miguel and Mitch Lawrence handle my sales purchase with efficient care everything went smoothly. And then I was greeted by Ariel Pagan the Finance Manager at Terryville Chevrolet to do financial assistance the process went smoothly and helped me get credit to fiance my new vehicle which is very multitasking and stressful but it went well Ariel gave my best options to fiance my car he sealed the deal.On my 2025 Chevy Trailblazer. I go there for my oil changes. I am able to take advantage of my GM rewards points when doing so. I do note that they always find things that need attention or repair and that the costs of these repairs are often double what people I know have paid for the service elsewhere.

I was charged $400 for the technician to drop the transmission plan, check for chips, and re-install. No parts were used. It only took one hour. So, $400 per hour for labor ONLY. Disgusting Just to tell me I need $7000 for a new transmission

Not happy at all the truck was sold to me with a bad battery the second day I had the truck the engine light came on brought it to your service department they maid me pay for a new battery they said they check everything i paid for them to put it to emissions and it failed they gave me the truck back like that on my home 5 minutes later the engine light came back on I took it to another shop they discovered the oil level was low also had to change all camshaft position actuators solenoid and your shop had the truck for two days end told me everything was fine I never buy another vehicle from this dealership again and I will make sure any one i know never shops there and im still dealing with issues with this truck

I purchased a new cargo van. Price that was negotiated was fair Isn’t fair is that the second? I picked it up and finally got it on the highway. The vehicle is pulling hard to the left. The entire ride home about 200 miles I was fighting with the steering wheel Check the tire pressures and they were fine Call the dealership right away and I had to hear the whole song and dance about no one is there to approve whatever needs to be done I don’t want to drive 200 miles to go get an alignment or get it checked out I wanna go to my local dealership around the block to figure out what’s wrong with my truck I ended up doing that only to find out from the service rep that the PDI was done on this vehicle eight months ago and I lost eight months of warranty on a brand new truck. I picked up last week with 27 miles on it. This is ridiculous How could this even be possible? And you guys want me to call you back to buy the $3600 extended warranty? This is madness

Also, worth noting when I went to pick up the vehicle, the amount was higher than Terryville Chevy left on a voicemail for no reason. They did adjust that; however, I didn't appreciate the games they played with pricing...

My first time at the dealership, I was not greeted when I came in, the customer service person was dealing with a difficult customer, and nobody else was around. I stood there feeling like I was intruding. Eventually, a customer service advisor helped me, he was very nice And a pleasure to deal with.
