The gas tank in my 2004 GMC Canyon needed to be replaced as there was rust causing the fuel pump to not mount securely. It was found that GM no longer makes this particular gas tank and further searching found there are also no after market tanks made. Don in Service and the Parts Department did a country wide search to find a used tank that was not rusted so that the fuel pump could be properly mounted - if tabs that hold fuel pump are not in good shape air can get in causing the check engine light to come on with a gas leak code. I appreciate the efforts of Terryville Chevrolet finding a "good" 16 year tank - truck is running great and no more check engine light.
dropped off my wife's car for power steering issues The service tech Don was in complete communication with me for a couple of days concerning progress in complete details and the cost. The car was finished the day promised.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.MY PROBLEM WITH MY TRANSMISSION IN MY TRUCK WAS HANDLE AND FIXED A LOT QUICKER THEN I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE.I WAS GIVEN A MUCH APPRECIATED LOANER TO GET BACK AND FORTH TO WORK.THE SERVICE DEPT WAS EXCELLENT.I'D ALSO LIKE TO THANK RICH IN SALES FOR TAKING THE TIME WITH ME TO TAKE MY TRUCK FOR A TEST DRIVE AFTER I PICKED UP AFTER THE FIRST TIME AND THE TRUCK WAS SHIFTING GREAT BUT SHORTLY AFTER IT STARTED SHIFTING FUNNY AGAIN.I WENT BACK AND RICH WAS GLAD TO TAKE IT FOR I RIDE OF COURSE AS LUCK WOULD HAVE IT THE TRUCK SHIFTED FINE WITH HIM DRIVING.I WAS ABSOLUTELY CONFUSED.I LEFT AND CAME A SHORT TIME LATER BECAUSE BY THE TIME I GOT HOME THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND BACK TO THE DEALER I WENT.I ONCE AGAIN SAW RICH AND ASSURED ME THE PROBLEM WOULD BE FIXED AND HE WAS RIGHT.THANK YOU TERRYVILLE CHEVY AND WAY TO GO FOR AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM YOUR SERVICE DEPT.
