There is a commitment to excellence. I am practicing physician. Everyday I worry that the medication I prescribe is pretend medicine, because none of us can afford the brand name; we are all given most of the time, WATERED down generic formulations. Terryville is the BRAND NAME. THEY DO NOT PRETEND. THEY DO IT RIGHT.IF THEY MISS THE FIRST TIME AROUND, THEY KEEP GOING UNTIL THEY MAKE IT RIGHT. I HAVE PURCHASED AT LEAST FIVE AUTOMOBILES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
Don in service was awesome. Very helpful with an issue with my truck. Truck was fixed day it was scheduled too, was ready for me end of the day, Don handled the warranty, fixed another issue found too, price was fair on that. Only reason why I didn't give an excellent experience was , next morning getting on highway, my hood popped up and was unlatched. Apparently the mechanic didn't shut hood well enough and I was very lucky this didn't cause an accident. Otherwise good experience

I stopped in after work to see if someone could look at my car, I thought I had an electrical issue,.a.short or a bad sensor. It was.too late to have it looked at bit was told by Rick that I could leave it and they would check it out in the morning. It.turned out to be a low battery, which was replaced then the car was rechecked to.make sure there were no electrical problems. I was pleased with the service and appreciated that they managed fit my car in on short.notice.
