As always my experience with the service department was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and easy to work with. At the last minute I needed a loaner car and they were able to take care of this for me.
Everything was good, except the lady at the service desk (not the cashier) who clearly saw me but then pretended to not see me while she chatted away with some guy. When she finally got up she addressed me. I just wanted to pick up my keys. She snickered while saying, “you go right there”. How was I supposed to know? So you ignore me then laugh at me? You are wasting payroll on that employee.
Don in the Service department and the staff are amazing at Terryville, CT. There are closer dealerships but I am always informed of deals and the staff does not pressure me to buy. They look out for me and my needs. I trust their honesty. I drive 65 miles from Old Saybrook, CT They have their smiles even when I am the first in the morning to say, " I need this."

I had a recall on the seat belt fixed. The other problem was with a door lock. A part was replaced and it appeared to fix it. That night when it got cold the door would not unlock.. This happens when the temp is below 32. Three doors have more clearance around the pin. This pin is binding in cold weather. I haven't had time to come back to the dealer.
