The staff at Terryville was excellent and extremely professional. My salesman Harry was very helpful during my recent purchase of a 2018 1500. He answered all of my questions concerning the vehicle and delivered my truck on time without any of the usual dealership gimmicks. John in the finance office was also extremely helpful with all of my financing needs and questions concerning the deal. I would definetly recommend this dealership and their staff to anyone that is looking to purchase a Chevrolet.

The service department at Terryville is always awesome. I was just upset because I had to pay for a software update on my bumper sensors as they know that there is a problem with them. If they wait until your vehicle is off the warranty by a couple of months then you have to pay to get a defect repaired. I would have gotten the update sooner had I known that there was a problem.

So far so good. My rim was sent out to have a scrap/scratch touched up. The clear coat was over sprayed and there is a run in it. Also a little disappointed that the kid who sold me my car sold me tire and wheel/rim insurance for $1000. I was told everything was covered 100%, found out that was not true. But I love my Chevy vehicles. Just bought another for the collection.

after going back 4 times for a repair because they did not have the right parts, the correct part finally came in and I scheduled an appointment .Three times I asked that an oil change be done at the same time, 3 times I was assured I was all set. Finally had my car repaired, asked how the oil change went and they looked at me wide eyed and said it was never done. So I had to schedule for another day. I work full time and my time does matter. After going 4 times to dealer for a repair you would at least think they would pay attention!

Truck has been in for service on the navigation system three times and still is not fixed. Also upon picking up my truck I had two scratches that I touched up on my truck. Scratches that were not there when I brought the truck in. We are very disappointed in this service !!
