I brought my truck in 3 times for the same problem. The first time, “the problem couldn’t be recreated”. That’s fine. I get it. The second time, the problem WAS recreated and they couldn’t find what was causing the issue after having the truck from 8am-5pm so a third appointment was needed for further diagnostic. Ok that’s fine to. But then I bring it back for a third time, the tech that was able to recreate the issue was on vacation, and the new tech, said their was no problem.... REALLY?! So I hear and feel the problem and another tech heard and felt it fine but this tech says “no there’s no problem” and I’m sent packing? Sounds a lot to me like some of your techs don’t know what they are doing and like to wast customers and company time to me. I will be having the issue resolved at another dealer and I will bring in the work order to prove how inept the last tech is at his job. I will also no longer be using your dealership for service. Completely unacceptable.
Went there on Saturday to have my truck oil change done. And then by Monday I noticed that my truck was leaking oil on the ground. When I call the dealer on Monday around 4:30 when I was about to get out of work. And they told me to drive it in to them in the am time. Now I am late for work today and missing hours and a paycheck. When you bring your truck to these places they should be overlooking everything to make sure things are ok before they give it back to you

Jeremy was great to deal with and made the whole purchase smooth and easy. The finance department was very accommodating to all my questions and provided all the answers I needed. Jeremy (my salesman) has followed up with me a few times since the purchase just to make sure all was well. The whole dealership provided a phenomenal customer experience.
