Title: Sales Client Advisor

Our company is looking to expand our sales team and is searching for a passionate and self-motivated Client Advisor to join our sales Department in Terryville, CT. This position will focus on all aspects of sales, including product knowledge, guidance, lease/finance structures and client interaction. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the entire automotive sales process, TODAY’S buyer’s behaviors and objection handling.
Responsibilities: Guide potential clients through the process of purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Provide product demonstrations and test drives. Acquire product knowledge of the entire Chevrolet line up. Working with Management team to structure leases/purchases. Prospecting for new clients and retain present ones on a consistent basis. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction index score. Professionally, courteously and respectively interact with clients and meeting their needs.
Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience. Associates degree; bachelor’s degree a major plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skill, specifically when drafting sales documentation. Absolute passion about all things Chevrolet. Ability to work well in team environment.
Pluses: Knowledge of dealer software and Microsoft Windows. Previous experience with General Motors and or Chevrolet.

Terryville Chevrolet has a position open for an office assistant with strong automotive accounting experience. This position requires at least 3 years of DMV/ TITLE processing experience along with breaking down deals, billing and swaps, assisting with wholesale transactions, assisting office manager with day to day duties. TITLE & DMV processing experience is absolutely mandatory. The right candidate must be extremely organized and be able to work at a fast pace in a busy environment.
